Course Learning Objectives/Outcomes

By the end of the course, the Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, Social Worker or Psychologist will be able to:
-Explain how to ensure favorable expert testimony.
-Name the four Stages of Direct Examination of Experts.
-Name the three components utilize when the courtroom communications model provides experts with a conceptual framework.
-Explain what is often important evidence considered by criminal courts in determining issues arising throughout the adjudicative process, but not all evidence provided is equally valid or probative.
